Your data and how we use it.
We do not sell personal data, use advertising profiling or make automated decisions that have legal effects on visitors.
1. Controller and contact

2. Contact and website operation
We process information you voluntarily include in a message: your name, company, contact details and correspondence. We use it to respond, prepare an offer and work together. Providing it is optional, but we may be unable to reply without contact details. For games and apps, please send only a general topic, without mechanics, storylines, code or solution details.
The main website’s form prepares a message in your email application. The configurators at prices.caslavinieri.com and brief.caslavinieri.com have their own notices alongside the forms. Hosting logs may include IP address, connection time, requested URL, browser and response code to deliver and secure the website.
3. Legal bases and retention
Steps before a contract and its performance: GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Legal obligations: Article 6(1)(c). Website security, other correspondence and protection of claims: legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). Optional analytics: your consent under Article 6(1)(a). We retain correspondence while handling the enquiry and cooperation, and for periods required by accounting or protection of claims. Logs are retained as needed for security and according to hosting configuration.
4. Google Analytics
On the main Polish and English website, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and clicks on phone and email links. The Google tag is not downloaded before you allow analytics. Rejecting consent does not restrict the website. We do not send form or message contents. We strip query parameters and fragments from page URLs and send only the referring domain.
After consent, Google receives events, pseudonymous cookie identifiers, browser and device information and connection data. Google uses the IP address to handle the connection and derive approximate location; Google does not store individual IP addresses of users in the EU, Switzerland and the UK. Google Signals, ad personalisation and automatic form measurement are disabled. User and event data have a two-month retention period; aggregate reports may remain available longer.
5. Providers and international transfers
Recipients may include hosting, email and technical support providers as needed to deliver their services, and Google Ireland Limited if you accept analytics. Google may process data outside the EEA, including in the USA, using the mechanisms described in its data processing terms, including adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses where applicable.
6. Your rights and withdrawing consent
You can withdraw analytics consent as easily as you give it: open “Cookie settings” in the footer and choose “Reject analytics”. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing based on consent.
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests and complain to the Polish supervisory authority (UODO). For requests about your data, contact hello@caslavinieri.com.
7. Other parts of the website
The interactive portfolio at /portfolio/ is a separate application with its own consent mechanism. Configurators and other subdomains have their own privacy notices. This preference applies to the main sales website. External videos and social profiles open only when you follow their links; the provider’s policies then apply. We update this policy when the website changes.
